The first step to overcoming anything in life is awareness. During the first day, you will become aware of your self-sabotaging behaviors. Then you will learn where these behaviors stem from.

Once you have identified the self-sabotaging behaviors, it’s time to transform them. The key to overcoming these behaviors is to heal the origins of the behavior. We will do this through meditation, journaling, and talking through other techniques.

How will you stay on track moving forward? On the last day, we will discuss several different strategies you can implement in your day-to-day life to stay on track with overcoming self-sabotage. These are all to help you learn to self-regulate.
