Mickeeley is a soulful, small-town mama of two from North Carolina with a passion for helping women decondition old beliefs so they can live their best life. With the help of practices such as energy healing and breathwork as well as the use of tools such as crystals, essential oils, and human design, Mickeeley can help you break free from your cocoon.

Melissa Proski

Melissa is a certified Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner, a certified Crystal Energy Guide through Kyle Gray, and has also gone through Colette Baron-Reid's Oracle School. She offers sound massage, sound baths, crystal therapy sessions, and oracle card readings. She is also a member of the International Sound Association. Melissa brings a wide range of experiences that help her to connect with her clients.

  • During this experience, you will partake in two ceremonies.

    The opening Cacao Ceremony allows us to connect as a collective at a soul level, opening our hearts to give & receive pure love.

    The Fall Equinox Ceremony will guide you through setting your intentions for the coming season and empower you to honor yourself and your desires.

  • Throughout this experience, you will be invited to journey within, to connect to your purest essence through breathwork and sound healing.

    By using your breath, you will be able to tap into your subconscious to safely release stored trauma and shed from conditioned beliefs.

    With sound healing to follow, your soul will feel nourished and rejuvenated as your body works at a cellular level to repair itself.

  • Discover the depth of your soul's existence through carefully curated workshops. These workshops are interactive and your participation heightens the experience.

    From guided visualizations to sharing in small break out groups, you will work through your own metamorphosis.
